There is a somewhat confusing error that appears when running setup, if the registry entry VSTAVersion = 9.0 is not present. The error states “Cannot find one or more components. Please reinstall the application.” To correct this add the above registry entry (be sure to specify “9.0” not “2.0”) and re-run setup.
